It's time to hibernate!

You ever feel like you hit a wall? Yeah, well - I hit one a few months ago and it still hurts. I like to scratch my back against the wall, but I don't like being up against the wall. It might sound strange at first, but if you think about it, that's how life is sometimes.

So a relative of mine was stuck in a moat for a long time, what else? President-elect Barack Obama visited the White House today in Washington, D.C. The market was up today, but then rose as China said it would spend 600 billion but ultimately the dow fell almost 88 points and GM finished the lowest loss in 62 years. AIG is a thorn in my side BTW, that's it - I gotta itch ta' scratch and then it's nap time, like for a few months.

Boo Hoo cry me a river!

Wall Street- So the market underperformed, we all have, I don't see what the big deal is. GE allegedly shook consumer confidence, we'll if GE still wants to be known for incandescent light bulbs, no shit there stock is down. So what can we do, re-invent the microwave? No, we have go natural and think like a bear... instinctual.

What would I do If I was in charge of GE?

1. I'd go for it. They can't afford to play second fiddle - I Doubt the airline woes helped out this week, but still produce - you are GE!
2. Crush the competition... How? See number 1 for Produce.
3. Take a day off and take a walk in the trees. If we are going to capitalize on the "green" thing, you are going to have to "think" like a bear and git-r-done, Rarrr! See More at FAQ News Net

Good Morning Wall Street.

NEW YORK-- "A glut of foreclosed homes is starting to drive down U.S. home prices as lenders put more properties on the market and buyers show signs of interest. The ability of lenders to manage this fire sale will be crucial to determining how long the housing market stays in the dumps. If I may add my own personal opinion, I think this interest should be higher, who is kidding who? We make the best products in the world, got the most bombs, and its almost time for those damn yankees to take to the field, play ball America! Rarrrr!"

Rarrr! There is money to be made!

(New York) As the Stern Bears CEO, I'd like to congratulate those of you that are working so hard. With all this March Madness in the Money sector, it's hard to think about anything else. For instance, I wanted to watch some Sports Center last night, and Rarrr! The market bombs. So yesterday wasn't reassuring at all, but no matter... the clear cutting must continue. I think we all know what I'm talking about when I joke about cutting down trees. Making money, and that is no joke. There is so much money to be made today its ridiculous, so lets think offensively and just bull rush this bear market until we got some heavy profit on our paws. Let's do it bears, lets do it for the dow jones industrial average rarrr!

Daily Market update with Stern Bears

(NEW YORK) Dow finishes down 12,099.66 or 293.00 points.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped by almost 300 points, giving back a significant portion of the previous session's 420-point rally. Commodities prices plunged.

Stocks declined, failing to sustain the prior session's huge advance, which was stirred by the Fed's rate cut and strong profits at investment banks. Commodity prices plunged, with gold and crude-oil futures seeing steep losses.

Rarrr!

WTF Wednesday: Up, down, how about we lay down...

(CHICAGO) Tired with a capital T, yes - I am going to rest until I get washed around 10:00, then I have good bear behavior lessons at 11:30 where this guy is going to talk to me ALL ABOUT web 2.0 and how he has ALL THESE STUPID IDEAS about. My big hairy ass! How come he works at a zoo and talks to animals "Golly, I'm getting outta here one day." HA HA HA That is a joke. So I'm busy today and unfortunately, very sleepy too.

OMG: I'm so not having this weather this morning.

(CHICAGO) Oh My God, I'm so not having this weather this morning. Yesterday I was in dreamland catching fish with Grizzly bear and lo and behold I wake up to find a crowd of people looking at me through the bars of a cage. And guess which side I'm on. Not only that, it's 46 F and raining. This is Sooo typical of Chicago this time of year, can some one throw me a frickin bone, seriously I'm starving and just came out of hibernation.

Rarrr: We scr*wd the f*ck up, that's what happend.

(New York) "Good, I see the news has made it up to the Polar bears, so we now know what kind of animal we are dealing with here, and it is kinda of a big hairy deal."

"I want market updates on my desk by the afternoon, so that includes porkbellies and fricken forest futures. Do you hear me? We need to make this happen. Let's get to work and we'll communicate later. There's work to be done."

Rarrr I'm so pissed off right now!

(URSA MAJOR) "This is the family figurehead... and damnit, you bears really went ahead and did it this time!"

"We are going to get back to basics stat. I want constant daily updates and to know what is going on in the market. I'm so pissed off right now, and as family figurehead I can't believe how you bears have gone and screwed this up for me and bears in general. Thank God for the United States Bear Leniency laws and goddamn ranger rick looking out for all of us. I could've just shit when I became conscious of this un-bearable news. I'd be rolling over in the river if I were alive right now, I likely wouldn't have even heard till Monday if it wasn't for some Rarrrs I heard from Grizzly Bear. He was Pissed off? What's my name? Fuck you, that's my name. I Am Pissed Off. Half the reason we are where we are today is 100% poor management due to you Bears, so don't grumble - make shit happen. I'd slap you all with my claw if I could right now, and until you join me up in Ursa Major, you will listen to me roar in the collective bear consciousness. Remember, you work for me Bears! Rarrr!
